Civil Defence Raising Day
Civil Defence Day is celebrated every year on 6 December and World Civil Defence Day is celebrated every year on 1 March to make citizens aware and highlight the importance of civil defence. Civil Defence provides safety to citizens during crise. This organization is based on the concept of safety of the nation and the general public. The individuals who provide voluntary and unpaid services in the Civil Defence Organization are nominated/enrolled as volunteers in the Civil Defence Department based on their special qualifications.
