In compliance and instructions given by Director General, Fire Services, Civil Defence and Home Guard, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, a total of 66 civil defence volunteers has been trained as master trainers at the state level for capacity building of civil defence volunteers. The above training programme has been organized at SDRF Campus, Village Gadota, Tehsil Maujmabad, Jaipur from 25.08.2025 to 17.09.2025 and 23.09.2025 to 17.10.2025.
An “Memorandum Of Understanding” was made between the State Government and Home Ministry, Government of India, to complete the capacity building training of total 11880 civil defence volunteers in the state (360 volunteers per district).
A special recruitment drive is being conducted to enroll Civil Defence Wardens and Volunteers. All the districts were given the target to compulsorily enroll a minimum of 500 volunteers per district under the special enrollment drive for enrollment of Civil Defence Corps.
